London 1560–1640

On the occasion of Guy Fawkes Day, here from the University of Victoria, a project to link encyclopedia-style articles, scholarly work, student work, editions, and literary texts to the places with a late sixteenth-century and early seventeenth-century London map (1560–1640). Find it at http://mapoflondon.uvic.ca/index.htm
Thanks to Jane MacNamara who suggests trying Pepys in the search box to explore what's available. There are no hits for Fawkes but three for the "gunpowder plot" of November 5, 1605.
